This can not be guaranteed and a common trick used to fulfil that promise is to use irrelevant search terms.
For example if your business name is Fred Smiths Plumbing I could probably get that to a number one spot on many search engines in six months. But that won't help you attract new clients because they don't know that your name is Fred Smith. You probably want to get ranked on "Plumbers in London" or something similar.
